An enforcement docket is prepared daily in the 7 days for all defendants who have been sentenced to serve time in jail commencing on a specific day. If the defendant fails to look in the jail on that date, the Franklin County Sheriff's Office notifies the Clerk's Office. The court file is then taken towards the sentencing choose for an entry.
